Former Chairman of Service Plus Hospitality Ltd., David Will is President of Will Inns Ltd. a privately owned corporation, based in central Alberta. Over the past 40 years, Mr. Will has owned, developed and operated numerous hotel, food and beverage operations, and has led the construction of numerous commercial projects.

Former Director of Service Plus Hospitality, Mr. Will is President and CEO of Winners Gaming Corp. a private corporation that has owned and operated numerous gaming operations including bingos and casinos. Winners Gaming was the majority owner of the Boomtown Casino prior to its purchase by Gamehost Income Fund. In addition to extensive gaming experience, Mr. Will also has more than 17 years of knowledge of construction and commercial development.

James McPherson

Mr. McPherson is a Founding Partner in MLA Benefits Inc, a Financial Consulting Firm in Red Deer, Alberta, specializing in Employee Benefit Consulting and Estate Planning. His professional designations include Chartered Financial Consultant, Certified Financial Planner, and Chartered Life Underwriter.  He is also a Founding Director of Gamehost Inc having served on the Board of Directors of the predecessor company Service Plus Hospitality Ltd.  As a Director of Gamehost Inc, he sits on the Audit Committee, and Compensation Committee.  He has served on many public company boards over the years. His active community involvement includes, Past President of the Red Deer Rotary Club, Past Chairman of the Central Alberta United Way, Past Director of the Red Deer Golf & Country Club, current Director of the Alberta Paraplegic Foundation, and numerous Community Charities. Mr. McPherson is a former member of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta for Red Deer, 1982 to 1986. James resides in Red Deer with his wife of 40 years, Marlis, and has 2 grown children.

Timothy J. Sebastian, LLB

Mr. Sebastian is the VP of Corporate Development, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of IROC Energy Services Corp. (TSX Venture: ISC), an oilfield services company. Prior to joining IROC Mr. Sebastian practiced law in Alberta for 14 years. Mr. Sebastian’s practice was focused on corporate commercial law. Through his career Mr. Sebastian has, and continues to sit on the boards of other public and private companies and organizations.

Jerry Van Someren, CA

Mr. Van Someren is a Chartered Accountant and retired partner of the firm Collins Barrow. He is currently the Vice President of Business Operations for the Red Deer Rebels Hockey Club and represents the club as team governor on the Western Hockey League Board of Governors.  His addition provides complimentary skills to those of existing Board members and further improves the overall independence of the Board.

Peter Miles

Mr. Miles has a B.Comm from the University of British Columbia. He has more than 20 years' experience in investment banking and retail stock brokerage, and was formerly a Vice President of Midland Doherty Inc., Dean Witter Reynolds, and CIBC World Markets. Prior to becoming President, CEO and Director of Sanatana Resources Inc., Mr. Miles was an advisor to a number of public and private companies, primarily in the natural resource sector including Roughrider Uranium Inc. At a private stage, Mr. Miles financed Roughrider and he was later instrumental in Hathor Exploration Limited’s acquisition and financing of Roughrider that lead to their key discovery of the Roughrider Uranium deposit. Hathor was recently acquired by Rio Tinto for $654 million. Mr. Miles is a Director of Gamehost Inc., Western Potash Corp., Terra Nova Minerals Inc. and The Vancouver Aquarium and Marine Science Centre, and is the founder of Sanatana Resources Inc.
